WINTHROP, Mass. – As announced by the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC), the Simmons University Outdoor Track & Field team has been voted to take seventh place in this weekend's GNAC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.
Coming in first with 34 points and four first-place votes is last year's runner-up Emmanuel College. The Saints will look to claim their first title since 2023. Saint Joseph's (Maine) comes in second with the final two first-place votes closely with 32 points while Colby-Sawyer is projected to contend at the third spot with 19 points.
Regis received 18 points with a four-place projection, followed by Lasell (16) and Simmons (7) in that order to fill out the final two spots.
