MEDFORD, Mass. – Six members of the Simmons cross country team competed in the Tufts University Snowflake Classic on Saturday afternoon.

Sophomore Sarah Giulano led all Sharks in the 1,500-meter, putting up a time of 5:59.68 – four seconds ahead of Trinity's Elizabeth Geisler. Not far behind was teammate, senior Elena Dickey, clocking in a time of 6:09.27. Junior Clare Thompson finished the race in 6:14.83, while first-year Kaitlyn Wyatt was just six second backs (6:20.06). 

First-year Gabby Flaherty and junior Julia DiGiacomo rounded out the Sharks at the meet, posting times of 6:26.49 and 6:36.96, respectively.
