MEET RESULTS

WELLESLEY, Mass. – The Simmons University Cross County team was the first of the fall sports to start their season, as the Sharks competed at the Wellesley Invitational tonight on the Nehoiden Golf Club for the 5k race. Among the teams were their hosts Wellesley, as well as Brandeis and Mount Holyoke.

How It Happened 

• On the unique all grass course, the Sharks battled against stiff competition throughout the course's various slow rolling hills.
• Hannah Bergeron and Cierra Hoyt were the top-two runners for the Sharks, followed by Reagan Miller who rounded out the top-three for Simmons.
