BOSTON, Mass. – Simmons University Swimming & Diving returned to action after winter break to host the Lyons from Mount Holyoke College (MHC) where the Sharks fell to the visitors, 157-84.

- Laura Luthi opened the meet by becoming the second swimmer to complete the grueling 1,000 yard freestyle.
- In the 200 yard freestyle, senior Carli Quinlan continued her standout season with a first-place finish, touching the wall at 2:02.87.
- Luthi faced a quick turnaround and delivered again, earning second place in the 50-yard backstroke with a time of 32.62.
- Bee Eckels and Julia Long followed with a three, four finish in the 50 yard breaststroke, posting times of 36.08 and 36.74, respectively. Eckels' swim marked a personal best for the junior.
- Quinlan stayed on top in the 100 yard butterfly, claiming first place with a time of 1:02.97.
- Charlotte Doherty turned in a strong performance in the 50 yard freestyle, narrowly missing her career best with a time of 30.72.
- Luthi added another runner-up finish in the 100 yard backstroke, clocking in at 1:09.97.
- Eckels secured second place in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:18.34, while Long recorded a personal best of 1:19.94.
- Down the stretch, Eckels captured first place in the 50 yard butterfly (31.99), Quinlan added another victory in the 100 yard IM (1:04.12), and the 200 yard freestyle relay team closed the meet with a time of 2:05.53.
