WINTHROP, Mass. – As announced by the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC), the Simmons University Indoor Track & Field team has been voted to take sixth place in this weekend's GNAC Indoor Track & Field Championship.
In their second full season as an indoor squad, the Sharks have made strides in each of their meets this season, breaking at least one recording at every opportunity.
Emmanuel and Saint Joseph's College (Maine) are predicted to go one, two, as the Saint captured 35 points and five first place votes, while the Monks collected 30 points and one first place vote.
