CSC RELEASE

BOSTON, Mass. – Four student-athletes from Simmons University Swimming & Diving have been named to the 2026 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team. Charlotte Doherty, Bee Eckels, Julia Long, and Carli Quinlan were all recognized by the organization for their consistent performances in the pool and in the classroom.

In order to be recognized by the organization, student-athletes must compete in 75 percent of competitions, finish top-eight at a conference meet, or participate in a national championship while maintaining 3.5 GPA or higher for their careers. 

Quinlan has now been selected three times to the All-District Team, Eckels has earned the honor twice, while Doherty and Long make their debuts on the list.
