Emily Sideris

Emily Sideris first arrived at Simmons University in July of 2021 as the Manager of Daly Field Facilities and Athletic Operations, before being promoted to Assistant Athletic Director in April of 2023 and SWA in early 2025. 
 
Administrative Experience
Selected to attend the 2025 NCAA DIII Senior Woman Administrator Program.
Oversees NCAA compliance for 11 varsity programs, including rules education, eligibility, and monitoring.
Manages day-to-day varsity operations: scheduling, contracts, officials, facilities, and transportation.
Provides oversight of Daly Field maintenance and serves as liaison to the Daly Field Stewardship Group.
Handled gameday operations and scheduling for the Sharks. Oversaw gameday coverage and led the charge in recruitment, hiring, staffing, and coordination of all varsity athletic contests.
 
Before Simmons
Sideris spent time at West Point Association Graduates where she aided in the fundraising and stewardship of donor relations. Prior to that, Sideris spent the previous two years working in operations at Manhattanville College while receiving her Master's Degree in Education. In her time at Manhattanville, she coordinated and oversaw all the facility operations, scheduling and field rentals as well as managed all game-day operations for the Valiants 18 varsity programs. 
 
Starting in 2014, she spent three years working promotional events for the Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics, New England Patriots and New England Revolution with CBS Radio's promotions team. Additionally, Sideris coached middle and high school field hockey at The Rivers School. 
 
Playing Career
Four-year field hockey player.
Three-time NE-10 First Team selection and three-time NFHCA All-America honoree.
In high school, led Watertown HS to the 2009 State Championship under NFHCA Hall of Fame coach Eileen Donahue.

Stonehill College with a degree in communication in 2014
