WATERVILLE, Maine --- Senior Margaret Teague (Manchester, N.H.) won at first singles and also added a victory at first doubles for Simmons College in a 6-3 win over Colby College in non-conference women's tennis Saturday.
Sofie Epshstein (Newton, Mass.), Cathy Baker (Simsbury, Conn.), and Katie Crowley (Reading, Mass.) also won singles matches for Simmons (4-2 overall).
Victoria Abel won her match at second singles and Holly Bogo captured the third singles match for Colby (1-1 overall). Teague won her first doubles match alongside
Meghan Cokely (Haverhill, Mass.), while
Theresa Reinhard (Canton, Ohio) and Epshstein took the second doubles spot. Maggie Sutherland and Danielle Levine won 8-6 in the third doubles match.
