Box Score BRIGHTON, Mass. – In their first match of the spring season, Simmons tennis fell to Bentley University, 7-0, in an inter-Division match on Thursday afternoon.

Masha Shutts and sophomore
Emilie Lapointe defeated Bentley's Catalina Borrero and Maria Mella by a score of 6-3. It was the duo's 10
th victory of the year as partners after posting a 9-4 mark in the fall.
In the singles portion of the day, Shutts made an incredible comeback to force a third set. After dropping the first set 7-6 (6-4), Shutts answered with a 6-3 win in the second set but fell to Borrero, 10-5, in the third.
