LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Senior Raya Anderson was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Region Third Team announced by the coaching organization on Friday afternoon.
 
Anderson's first-time selection to the all-region team comes on the heels of her second consecutive All-GNAC First Team selection released earlier this week. The New Hampshire native recorded a career year with .409 batting average while also becoming the program's all-time leader in stolen bases with 59.
 
Additionally, Anderson became the sixth player in the last four years to earn NFCA All-Region recognition.
