Five Softball Student-Athletes Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

BOSTON –
Senior Leah Berdeen along with juniors Ally Hyde, Piper Kinney, Emery Kreidel-Reimer and Trinity Payne received College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
 
Kinney, who was named the 2025 GNAC Pitcher of the Year for the second straight year, has been pushed through as a finalist for CSC Academic All-America honors. She advances to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members.
 
The five Simmons softball players were recognized as the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performance on the field and in the classroom.
 
To be eligible for the honors student-athletes must be a sophomore or higher, have a cumulative grade point average above 3.50.
