HOUSTON, Texas – Simmons University Tennis'
Alexandra Yudelevich Newman '08 was inducted into the Ronnie Arrow Jewish Sports Hall of Fame on Sunday, September 14.
For the Sharks, Newman was named a three-time captain during her career and led the team to three Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) championships. After a successful senior campaign, Newman was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Year.
Upon graduation, the Houston native remained in Boston for two more years as an assistant to Head Coach
