WENHAM, Mass. – Simmons University Tennis traveled north of Boston to square off against the Gordon College Fighting Scots where the Scots blanked the Sharks, 7-0 at the Brigham Athletic Complex.
How It Happened
- Gordon recorded the double's point after picking up wins on the No. 3 and No. 2 courts, but despite the point in the home team's favor, Simmons battled and nearly took court 1 but fell, 7-6.
- Emilie Lapointe took the Scots' No. 2 player to extras, but Gordon continued to collect wins and come out on top, 7-0.
