UNITED SOCCER COACHES RELEASE

Simmons University Soccer earned the 2024-2025 United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award as announced by the organization late last week. 

The Sharks boasted an impressive 3.80 GPA, well above the 3.0 GPA criteria to receive this honor. Joining Simmons on the list from The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) were Albertus Magnus, Colby-Sawyer, and New England College. 

Most notably, Simmons landed in a four-way tie between Vassar, Tufts, Wellesley, and Simmons for sixth place across all NCAA DIII women's soccer programs with their standout GPA. 

This marks the 21st time that the soccer team has been honored with this award.
