LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Simmons University softball had 15 student-athletes earn Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for the 2025-26 academic year, as announced by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA).
The Easton/NFCA academic honors recognize the academic success of softball programs and student-athletes across the Association's membership categories. To earn All-America Scholar-Athlete recognition, student-athletes must post a 3.5 GPA or higher for the academic year.
NCAA Division III had 2,491 student-athletes earn individual recognition in 2025-26, trailing only Division I's 2,637 honorees.
A total of 15 Sharks earned individual Scholar-Athlete recognition: Meredith Alland, Teagan Buckley, Abigail Carvalho, Nevaeh Eth, Ally Hyde, Piper Kinney, Emery Kreidel-Reimer, Isabel McLam, Trinity Payne, Lizzi Sidler, Tess Silvia, Emma Soule, Zoe Soule, Lauren Stenmon and Dakota Vaudreuil.
Simmons also ranked 24th nationally among NCAA Division III programs with a 3.684 team GPA. The Sharks posted the highest GPA among Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) programs recognized in the team rankings, with Regis College and Elms College also represented.
