CSC RELEASE

BOSTON, Mass. – As release by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) organization today, Simmons University Tennis placed four student-athletes on the 2026 CSC Academic All-District Team. Grace Burke (biology), Emma Parsons (biology), Masha Shutts (chemistry), and Amoli Vad (exercise science) were recognized for their superior work in the classroom and on the court this past season. 

In order to be honored by the organization, student-athletes must be in the lineup for 75 percent of an institution's days of competitions, while maintaining 3.5 GPA or higher for their careers. 

These four student-athletes and the rest of their teammates most recently wrapped up their 2025-2026 season with a berth to the NCAA First Round after winning the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) Championship in the fall. Additionally, this marks the first time being recognized by the CSC organization.
